We are excited to be bringing another Level 1 Class to our area. Our students will be embarking on a blessed journey into energy medicine. We will be setting up appointments for a Reiki session with each student prior to class to give that wonderful calm experience of relaxation to the new ones.
So looking forward to another opportunity to bring folks closer to understanding the abilities of the body to heal itself,adjust itself and maintain health as we are intended.

Reiki in 2011
We are all so blessed that Reiki brings such peace to our being. Not only to the one receiving Reiki, but to the one with Reiki energy passing through. And it is Mikao Usui who brought this to the public in Japan. Then Dr. Hayashi blessed Mrs. Takata with knowledge,training and attunements. Mrs. Takata brought Reiki to the United States, passing it on to her 22 Master students who have spread the joy and light on universal energy around the world. We are all connected in so many ways, Reiki being one of the brightest.
We are planning Reiki shares and Reiki classes to continue with gusto. Remember to treat yourselves!

Reiki I
May 15, 2010 is the day for our Reiki I class. 9am-5pm
Reiki was a re-discovery by Mikao Usui in the mid-1800s, the use of hands and intention for assisting in well-being. Today there are many styles of Reiki in use, coming from differing schools of thought and yet there is a common understanding among all Reiki practitioners. Universal Life Force (Rei-Ki) Energy is a wonderful treatment whether for oneself or for another; for animals; plants; situations and events; or for Mother Earth.
The energy that is all around us at all times, available in abundant supply, is the natural energy flowing with Reiki. We are all capable of using and directing this beneficent energy, this prana; chi; ki; light; spirit.
After one receives an attunement in the Reiki arts, he or she is able to direct a larger flow of energy and there is born the Reiki Practitioner!
